Our Mental Health First Aiders Network
We have established a network of 150 trained Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAs) across our Trust, working towards our goal of ensuring 10% of colleagues in each school are trained.
This means every colleague has access to mental health support both within their school and from the wider Trust network.
Our MHFA network fosters collaboration, peer support, and ongoing development, helping MHFAs feel confident and empowered in their roles. Most importantly, it ensures colleague wellbeing remains a priority, offering timely support and advice whenever it’s needed.
