Apprenticeships with Red Kite Learning Trust

red birdWe are delighted to offer a range of apprenticeships designed to develop the skills required for a successful career in education. An apprenticeship is a real job where you learn, gain experience and get paid. Each apprenticeship has a level and an equivalent education level and you can start an apprenticeship at any level. At the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll achieve the equivalent education level. For example, if you complete a level 3 apprenticeship, you’ll achieve the equivalent of an A level.

Completed L7 Senior Leadership Apprenticeship

“This apprenticeship offered me a fantastic development opportunity.  I have learned a vast amount over the last 2 years academically, professionally, and personally. The course was hugely relevant to my work context and will no doubt help with my future aspirations. Plus it was free so I’d advise any of my colleagues thinking about doing an apprenticeship to go for it!”

“When my current workplace offered to put me through an apprenticeship, I jumped at the chance as it enabled me to gain my Level 3 whilst still working, earning, and gaining experience. The course was very insightful, not only did I learn a lot of new information and teaching methods, I also got to meet lots of new people from my cohort with the opportunity to learn from each other”
