Apprenticeships

We are delighted to offer a range of apprenticeships designed to help colleagues build the skills needed for a successful career in education. Apprenticeships provide a valuable opportunity to learn on the job, gain experience and earn a qualification at the same time.
Each programme has a designated level with an equivalent education standard, and you can begin at whichever level is right for your development. For example, completing a Level 3 apprenticeship is equivalent to achieving an A level.
Our apprenticeships are an excellent pathway for existing colleagues who are looking to upskill, prepare for career progression or take on greater responsibility within their role.
Meet some of our Apprentices...

Gemma Sargeant
Cluster Manager
Completed L7 Senior Leadership Apprenticeship
“This apprenticeship offered me a fantastic development opportunity. I have learned a vast amount over the last 2 years academically, professionally, and personally. The course was hugely relevant to my work context and will no doubt help with my future aspirations. Plus it was free so I’d advise any of my colleagues thinking about doing an apprenticeship to go for it!”

Evie Hardwick
Higher Level Teach Assistant
Completed L3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship
“When my current workplace offered to put me through an apprenticeship, I jumped at the chance as it enabled me to gain my Level 3 whilst still working, earning, and gaining experience. The course was very insightful, not only did I learn a lot of new information and teaching methods, I also got to meet lots of new people from my cohort with the opportunity to learn from each other”

Holly Hardy-Dawson

“This apprenticeship helped me foster significant personal, professional and academic growth. It refined my strategic approach to school management, strengthened my commitment to inclusive business modeling and deepened my knowledge of strategic marketing and financial management. I would highly recommend it to my colleagues.”
