Our 2030 Vision

A bold vision for the future of Red Kite Learning Trust

Shaped with pupils, parents, staff, governors and trustees, our 2030 Vision reflects the shared aspirations of our community. Rooted in collaboration, it focuses on strong leadership, inclusive practices, financial resilience, and investment in people, technology, and sustainability. Together, we are committed to nurturing ambition, delivering excellence and enriching children’s lives across North and West Yorkshire.

  • Provide high expectations for all, enabling every learner to succeed through an ambitious, broad, and balanced curriculum.
  • Invest in our people, offering clear career pathways, professional development, and a positive, flexible working environment.
  • Strengthen partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community, acting as anchors in civic society.
  • Promote sustainability, embedding climate action and biodiversity initiatives in every school.
