This year, our Trust has delivered a wide range of improvement projects across our schools to enhance their safety, sustainability, and the learning environment in general.
Work completed includes:

Water heaters, double glazing, & security upgrades (AUS)

Roof replacements to sections of the schools (CRA, RAP)

Heating upgrades: oil to gas (CRA),

Electrical safety works (TMHS, WES)

Toilet refurbishment (ELECT Building)

New Sixth Form building (TMHS)

Fencing upgrades to improve the safety on site (ROS)

Solar panel installations (Trust-wide)
We are also preparing for a significant capital programme in Summer 2025, including but not limited to heating, window replacements, and classroom upgrades.
Strengthening Compliance and Safety

Introduced Trust-wide radon monitoring to protect staff and pupils

Delivered cost-effective Trust-run training (e.g. first aid, fire extinguisher), reducing school costs by up to 50%

Ensured minibus safety standards are met across all schools

Rolled out Total Risk Manager for policies and procedures across the Trust, improving oversight of compliance and maintenance

Trust Compliance Officers provided hands-on support during site staff transitions
