Long Service Awards
In recognition of the loyalty and commitment shown by so many of our colleagues, last year we launched our Long Service Awards, an initiative instigated by our Red Kite People Board.
This award celebrates the milestones of 5, 10, 20 and 30 years continuous service to our Trust, acknowledging and rewarding the hard work and dedication of 560+ colleagues. CEO, Richard Sheriff, has been visiting our schools to present the awards and personally thank the individual recipients.
