Good Morning Meadowfield Primary School,
Yesterday I attended Green Park in London to view the flowers and messages that had been laid for the Queen.
Out of the hundreds of flowers and notes that had been left the lovely book made by your year 1 pupils stood out at me and I just had to message to say it was an absolute joy to read all the messages and pictures they had done.
Regards
Hayley
Dear Meadowfield Primary School
I work in Westminster and wanted to see the flowers in Green Park that were left for Her Majesty. It was a wonderful thing to see and I was especially warmed to see the beautiful contribution from your children. I just wanted your children to know that their pictures and words are there; they are being seen by the public and they are appreciated - though of course they were meant for The Queen and her family, it is a thread which helps to bind the country together.
I went to University in Leeds and have very fond memories of the place. There’s nothing quite like Yorkshire.
Thank you and all the very best for the future.
Victoria
