Red Kite Education
Red Kite Education, encouraging collaboration, delivering high quality training and supporting ongoing teacher development.
We provide training and development opportunities for teachers from the beginning of their careers, through to school and trust leadership, and across all phases from early years to post-16. We connect schools, working in partnership and creating shared capacity so that together we are stronger.
We lead a large school-based teacher training provision, Red Kite Teacher Training and the Red Kite Teaching School Hub which is one of the Department for Education’s 87 centres for teacher development. We support the Red Kite Alliance, a partnership of 58 schools and educational organisations across the North and West Yorkshire region.
As part of our commitment to collaboration and knowledge sharing, we launched Red Kite Connect in September 2024. This new initiative is designed to strengthen connections between our partners and provide a central platform for sharing expertise, best practices and high-quality professional learning opportunities.
