We appreciate how important flexible working can be in supporting our colleagues. Flexible working can have a positive impact on wellbeing and promotes equality in our workforce. We recognise that a more forward thinking, flexible approach, also helps us to recruit and retain quality teachers, support and operational colleagues.

Whilst there are many benefits of flexible working, for both employer and employees, there are also challenges associated with implementing this in an educational setting. Our Flexible Working Ambassadors work closely with schools to support them in overcoming these.
Many of our colleagues work flexibly in a variety of ways, including reduced hours, flexible working patterns and hybrid working.
If you are interested in a particular role, please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you need. Whilst we cannot always accommodate exactly what you are hoping for, depending on the role, we do promise to have an open discussion and consider your preferences.
