Procurement and Contracts
The Procurement Act 2023 is now in force, replacing the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Our in-house procurement expertise ensures that all schools within the Trust are fully supported when tendering for contracts that exceed the new regulatory thresholds. We provide end-to-end guidance throughout the procurement process—engaging with schools to navigate each stage of the tender effectively and compliantly.
At the Trust level, we also manage key contracts and supplier relationships across our multi-academy network. This includes core service areas such as primary catering, grounds maintenance, cleaning, food broker services, MIS, recruitment agencies, IT, and telephony.
In addition to compliance and oversight, we actively engage with the supplier market to negotiate Trust-wide discounts, ensure best value, and identify high-quality suppliers that can meet the evolving needs of our schools.
Our Trust also uses Pagabo, a provider of procurement frameworks, to manage national frameworks for the Education Sector which includes and Academy Services Framework. For more information about Pagabo, please visit www.pagabo.co.uk.
